Visit our leasing office at 1635 Western Avenue, located in downtown Cincinnati's Queensgate area. You will be asked to fill out an application and interview with one of our leasing agents. An interview will last approximately 30 minutes.
We understand the thought of moving can be overwhelming. If you have special needs or limitations, our leasing agents will arrange home visits to complete the application process.
To complete an application, please bring or make available the following information:

Social Security cards or proof of legal U.S. status for each household member

Proof of household income (paycheck stubs, SS/SSI verification letter)

Current landlord information: name, address and telephone number

Proof of all household assets (bank statements, real estate deeds, etc.)

The application process will take a minimum of five working days to complete. All applicants must also attend a resident orientation session before leasing with CMHA.
