SeniorLink at Park Eden

CMHA partnered with TriHealth to provide the SeniorLink program to all CMHA residents. SeniorLink offers comprehensive healthcare and day-care services to address the medical, rehabilitative, social and personal care needs of elderly adults.   The convenience of the program has allowed many residents, especially those at the Park Eden, to remain living independently, when they may have otherwise needed assisted living options.

A doctor is on-site once a week with nurses available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.    Qualified participants must be at least 55 years of age and Medicare-eligible.

Park Eden is one of Cincinnati's affordable, modern, seniors-only communities.  Park Eden, located in historic Walnut Hills, offers nine stories of efficiency and one- bedroom apartments--177 apartments in all! Because our goal is to meet the needs of all of our resident families, Park Eden offers handicapped- accessible apartments. Park Eden has also recently undergone exterior renovations to ensure a modern, comfortable living environment for those who call it home.

At Park Eden, active senior adults enjoy the comforts and benefits of independent living.  A variety of activities are available, including gardening, crafts, exercise groups, card games, billiards, trips out of town and more.  Our central location means we're close to downtown, cultural centers, shopping and restaurants.
