CMHA is committed to providing customers with premium service, including:

  • Technical assistance e-mailbox, hcvhelp@cintimha.com, for reporting concerns or issues regarding the HCV Program. CMHA will respond to an inquiry sent to this web address within one business day.
  • Complaint phone number, 513-721-2642.
  • Managers’ Night In, walk-in between 4:30 and 6 PM usually held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, and speak to an HC Manager. No appointment is necessary. Please check the "calendar of events" for possible date changes.
  • Below is a list of HCV management staff to call if your issues and concerns are not being addressed in the normal course of business. Please do not hesitate to escalate your concern to management’s attention whenever needed.
