Voucher holders interested in moving must attend a mover’s briefing BEFORE CMHA will accept a new Request for Tenancy Approval (RTA) on their behalf.

Mover’s briefings will be held every Tuesday and Thursday, with the exception of scheduled recertification days or when CMHA is otherwise not open for business. Please refer to the event calendar for exact dates and times. 

Voucher holder must provide picture ID in order to attend. Mover’s briefings will begin promptly and late arrivals will not be admitted. Children may not attend. You may register for the Mover's Briefing by clicking the "Events " tab at the top of the web page.

Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTAs) are accepted in person on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
