A joint project of the city and the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, the development will be a 60-unit, three-story brick apartment building for ages 55 and older. The four-acre site will be called the Reserve on South Martin and replaces the 15 apartment buildings that have been a major source of complaints from residents.

The waiting list will be opening in the Spring of 2012.
