The owner should charge an amount simular to what is being charged to non assisted tenants for comparable units in the same area.
The Voucher Payment Standard is the maximum amount of subsidy that CMHA will pay toward each tenant's rent. The Voucher Payment Standard is NOT the rent amount that a tenant is eligible for.
