CMHA is addressing Hamilton County’s well-documented shortage of affordable rental housing by developing high‑quality properties that benefit residents, neighborhoods, and the broader Cincinnati community.

Since 2007, CMHA has built several multifamily developments that now provide homes for hundreds of Cincinnati families. These properties offer safe, dignified housing for seniors, people with disabilities, veterans, and other vulnerable community members. They have also contributed to economic revitalization in neighborhoods across the county.
