All rent payments for CMHA (Asset Management and Touchstone Property Services) are paid through Rent Cafe, ACH deduction from bank account, or Pay at a Third Party location (WIPS). We cannot take rent payments in the Property Management offices, Finance office, nor our main location. All of this is to protect our residents and to allow you the ability to track your payments.
If you would like to have your rent automatically taken from your checking or savings account, you may print the form on the left called Automatic Withdrawals with ACH or get a copy from your property manager. You will take the form to your bank to have them complete the banking section. Return your completed form to your property manager to share with Finance.
